About me

  • I am an experienced digital marketing professional with a strong track record in designing, building, and managing websites for organisations such as educational, non-profits and various e-commerce brands. Proficient across multiple CMS platforms, and supported by additional training in coding, I bring both technical and creative skills to my work. I have successfully managed large-scale email marketing campaigns, overseeing subscriber growth as well as the creation and delivery of targeted emails for a range of purposes, including engagement, promotion, and retention. I utilise tools such as GA4, Hotjar, and SEMrush to optimise performance, enhance the user journey, and deliver results, with experience in reporting insights and making data-driven improvements. I have also implemented and managed CRM systems, developed digital strategies aligned with sales, fundraising, and brand visibility objectives, and managed social media platforms with a focus on analytics to achieve measurable impact.

This also included learning and implementing a CRM system to streamline the billing process and improve customer management.
