Marketing Executive

At ZSEA, I was responsible for the daily web management of three high-traffic e-commerce websites while simultaneously supporting a full-scale rebrand of the organisation. My role spanned digital marketing, communications, and customer engagement. I led large-scale targeted email campaigns, writing newsletters, promotional content for events, membership sales messaging, and external communications. I managed a $10,000 per month Google Ads budget and achieved significant return on investment through strategic planning and performance monitoring. I also created a wide range of marketing assets using Adobe Creative Cloud, producing content for web, social media, and print to support both brand awareness and conversion goals. In addition, I managed customer-facing inboxes, oversaw the CRM system, including backend ticketing, and supported direct marketing efforts, fundraising campaigns, and event coordination. I worked closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure consistent, on-brand communication across all digital and physical touchpoints.
